TSCC Chandigarh Peace Ride

Solidarity and peace, in the context of the war between Russia and Ukraine, were the sentiments driving the Peace Ride organised in Chandigarh on Saturday the 5th of March.


Organised by the Sikh Chamber of Commerce, led by its Chairman and Managing Director Agnostos Theos, in collaboration with

Akaal Bikers, headed by Ranjit Singh, and

Harley Davidson Grand Trunk, represented by Tejinder Lottay “Tejas”, the Ride was supported by the Indian Federation of United Nations Association and the Punjab Development Forum.




Starting from the Sector 42 Lake to culminate at the Sukhna Lake, the Peace Ride traversed vantage points across the city of peace. The Ride saw a convoy of bikers, cyclists and cars converging not only from all corners of City Beautiful, but also other cities, like Ludhiana to Jaipur.

The prominent personalities who attended the event included Yograj Singh, S. S. Virk, Ex- DGP, Punjab, Dr. Harcharan Singh Ranauta, Vice President, IFUNA, and Gurpreet Singh of the Punjab Development Forum. At the forefront of the Ride were two women bikers.



The Ride wrapped with messages to participants, citizens around the globe and world leaders for peace. All participants were also given mementos over High Tea organised by IFUNA.
